Facilities information

Freedom Area Recreation Council reminds you to park only in designated areas and obey “NO PARKING ZONES” at all school and park facilities.

To All Parents of children participating in FARC events and programs. Please remember that use of school/public facilities is a privilege allowed us by the individual school principal. Please insure that your children are supervised at all times, especially siblings of program participants. All children must be escorted into and out of the building.

Carroll County Commissioners No Smoking policy states that the use of tobacco products is prohibited, within 50 yards of the playing field or site, immediately before, during or immediately after a recreation council sponsored youth activity. No Smoking is allowed inside or on school property. Your cooperation will assure our continued use of school/public property.
